Does Dope.SKI store my transaction data?
No, we do not store any transaction data. All logs are temporary and can be shared via Hastebin for troubleshooting purposes, these link is available for 7 day.
How do I set up Dope.SKI?
Our Discord & Telegram bots have a built-in /guide command to walk you through the setup process step by step.
Can I use Dope.SKI for multiple PayPal accounts?
Yes! You can generate multiple IPN links and configure them for different accounts.
I’m not receiving notifications. What should I do?
Check your PayPal settings to ensure IPN is enabled.
Verify your Discord/Telegram bot setup using the /setup command.
Make sure your email is correctly configured if using email alerts, and verify your spam.
If the issue persists, contact us.
Does Dope.SKI need access to my PayPal Account?
No, We only listens for PayPal IPN messages and does not require access to your PayPal account.
How Dope.SKI can access to my PayPal data without security issue?
Simple: we do not have access to your data, it is paypal that sends us the information with each new transaction, you can read more on the official documentation of paypal available here
What is an unverified transaction?
when a transaction is marked as unconfirmed, this means that we have not been able to verify it with paypal, however, it is quite possible that the transaction has gone through. Please check it in your PayPal application. In case of regular problems, please contact us.
How fast does Dope.SKI send notification?
We processes IPN messages instantly and sends notifications in real-time to Discord, Telegram, or Webhook. If the methods you setup get an error, we will forward your alert directly in your paypal email address
